Demos are short, remote sessions that allow our sales and training specialists to demonstrate a product to you on your own device. Audiometric equipment is a significant investment, so we want you to feel confident when choosing MedRx. Because our equipment is computer-based, we can walk you through the software to show you how to conduct and save common tests.
Training is for new customers getting familiar with their devices. While our audiometry products come with plenty of information to get you up and running, we know that sometimes it helps to talk through use cases and work through your set up with an experienced MedRx professional. Learn how to run standard tests on your new equipment, customize your settings, and create and save patient reports in a new product training session.

What warranties do you offer?
A 1 Year Limited Warranty is offered for MedRx audiometers, REM systems, HIT boxes, UltraVac, and video otoscope.
A 3 Year Limited Warranty is offered for MedRx tympanometers.

Do you have manual audiometers?
MedRx does not manufacture manual audiometers. Our computer-based systems are easier to use and more streamlined than most manual audiometers. If you’re hesitant to adopt a computer-based model, schedule a free online demonstration to ask questions and see the benefits first hand.
